Election Night in the Big Apple

Since this was a presidential campaign I was actually following and interested in, I wanted to be somewhere special on election night. 

NYC had tons of events going on throughout the city, but I decided to spend my night at Democracy Plaza right by the Rockefeller Center and MSNBC Studio.
It was quite the experience and one that I will never forget. The plaza was filled with hundreds and the MSNBC studio didn’t fail to provide it’s guest with fun activities and exciting live footage to  watch. 
It was to bad that I left the plaza 30 minutes before the announcement of the re-election of the President at 11:30 pm…oh well! I still celebrated and will never forget the experience I had on November 6, 2012.
